Josh Clause uses his expertise in federal Indian law and policy to assist tribal nations and their economic enterprises to achieve their objectives. He advocates for his clients before federal and tribal courts, on Capitol Hill with Congress, and across federal agencies. Clause is a veteran of numerous high-stakes fights on behalf of his clients and leverages his knowledge of the law and federal policy to advance their agendas.

Sarah Crawford combines her experience working on both Capitol Hill and in the executive branch with her recently acquired juris doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University to provide tribal clients with the advice necessary to make informed decisions that reflect legal, political, and public policy realities.
MEET TERRA BRANSON-THOMAS
Senior Policy Advisor
Terra Branson-Thomas leverages a decade of experience working in federal Indian policy, government relations, and self-governance to advance sovereignty and economic diversification on behalf of tribal nations. Terra is a wealth of knowledge regarding tribal governments, non-profit organization management, federal grant writing and administration, strategic planning, and program implementation. Her professional experiences include national tribal non-profit management, federal compacting and negotiations, legislative development and grassroots organizing.
MEET RANI WILLIAMS
Senior Policy Advisor
Rani’s professional experience earned her recognition as an honoree of the National Center for American Enterprise Development’s “Native American 40 Under 40” award. She currently serves as President of the Native American Bar Association of D.C., an organization committed to the educational and professional advancement of federal Indian law and policy professionals.
